Website information
We aim to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, the venue is currently undergoing renovation, and plans, designs, finishes, images, facilities and other details may change as the work progresses.
Some images may be computer-generated or illustrative and are intended to show the planned appearance of Hafod House. Final spaces, furnishings and finishes may differ.
Website content is provided for general information and does not form part of a wedding booking contract.
Prices and availability
Any prices, offers and availability shown on this website or in our brochure are subject to confirmation.
Dates are not reserved by submitting an enquiry or booking a viewing. A wedding date is secured only when the requirements set out in our separate venue-hire agreement have been completed.
Promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and availability and may be withdrawn or amended where permitted.
Enquiries and viewings
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a brochure or arranging a viewing does not create a contract between you and Hafod House Limited.
Viewing appointments are subject to availability. If we need to rearrange an appointment, we will contact you using the details provided.
Wedding bookings
Wedding bookings are governed by a separate venue-hire agreement supplied before booking. That agreement sets out the applicable payment schedule, cancellation terms, responsibilities and conditions of hire.
If there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed venue-hire agreement, the venue-hire agreement will take precedence in relation to the booking.

You may view the website and print or save information for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, alter or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission.
